Delete my PronoArena account
This English text is a courtesy translation. The French version is the reference one; in the event of any discrepancy, it prevails.
From the app, in two clicks
- Open PronoArena and sign in.
- Go to your Profile page.
- At the very bottom, click “Delete my account”, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no grace period, no trash bin and no way to restore the account.
If you can no longer sign in
Email contact@pronoarena.com from the address the account uses. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest (GDPR article 12), and in practice much sooner.
What is deleted
- The account itself: email address, username, password, avatar, preferences and language.
- Every prediction, point, trophy and statistic.
- League memberships and the messages posted on their walls.
- Notifications and the history of emails sent.
What is kept, and for how long
Only the accounting records of a purchase, if you ever made one, are kept for 10 years, as required by the French commercial code. The buyer is anonymised in them: identity and email address are removed, only the amount and the date remain. An account that never bought anything leaves no trace at all.
