This English text is a courtesy translation. The French version is the reference one; in the event of any discrepancy, it prevails.
In short
PronoArena collects the bare minimum needed to run the game: your email address, your username and your predictions. No advertising, no third-party tracker, no data resale. You can unsubscribe from emails in one click and delete your account at any time, straight from your profile page.

Retention periods
- Account and game data: for as long as the account exists.
- Accounting records of purchases: kept for 10 years, as required by French law, even after the account is deleted — the buyer is then anonymised (identity and email removed, only the amount and the date remain).
- Server technical logs: a few weeks (automatic rotation).
- Backups: rolling 14 days.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in the European Union (France) at OVH. Payments for the paid options are processed by our processor Stripe: it alone receives your card details, which PronoArena never sees and never stores. The other members of a league you join can see your username, your avatar, your predictions once the matches are locked, and your points. If you play near the top, your username, avatar and points may appear in the public top 10 on the competition page.
Cookies
The site only uses strictly necessary cookies, exempt from consent: the session cookie (authentication) and an authorisation cookie for live score updates. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). The right to erasure is exercised on your own: the « Delete my account » button on your profile page immediately and permanently erases the account and all associated data. Only the accounting records of a purchase, if any, are kept — anonymised — for as long as the law requires (see « Retention periods »). For the other rights, write to contact@pronoarena.com from the email address of your account. Answer within 30 days at most.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (Article 77 GDPR).
